Unknown to many, I used to take powerlifting pretty seriously.
Sadly, due to some injuries (hip, tendonitis on both shoulders, patellar tendon) I stopped training seriously and just kept doing the bare minimum.
My weight went from 81kg in early 2019, to 91kg by the end of the year, to 107kg during the pandemic, and I am now at around 96.5kg.
I have two very specific goals right now: totaling 675kg @ 93kg by the end of November, and starting 2024 below 90kg.
I want to use this platform as a sort of diary and publish updates weekly — on training, diet, and life, in general. I think it is important to align the professional, physical and personal sides of your life and I have been neglecting it.
